Knox County

Knox County is located in East TN and is the home of Knoxville, the largest city in East Tennessee.  Knoxville offers the values that come with cities - good shopping, interesting restaurants, shops and theater areas in the downtown areas.  It is close to the Smokey Mountains which are due East and can be reached in most directions that head anywhere towards the east.

Knoxville has been growing rapidly and offers all the amenities that you expect in cities.  It is the home of the main campus for the University of Tennessee.
